Recruitment Consultant (Digital)

Benson Price Consultants Ltd is a Northampton-based specialist recruitment company into the Digital and Creative market. Now established and gaining significant traction in this exciting market, we are looking to add additional recruiters to our growing team.

You will need to be someone who has a desire to earn a high income, be driven to succeed and be passionate about your subject matter. That passion could either be for recruitment or for the Creative and Digital Marketing space.

If you have the “will”, we have the ability to train and develop you. If you are an established recruiter but not happy in your current environment, or you feel restricted or held back, then we can give you the ability to earn a high level of commission and grow your career. We want people who “want more”. We don’t just want a recruiter, we want potential managers and business directors.

Our ambition is to be the leading recruitment company in the Creative and Digital space, and we know achieving that will take passion and commitment from the best people.

In this role you will develop your own portfolio of clients within our niche market, growing those accounts and providing a high-quality recruitment service across the spectrum. You will build and manage a portfolio of both contract and permanent candidates, enabling you to fulfil the client requirements.

To succeed in this role you will need to have some sales, business development experience. That could be from within the recruitment industry so you have an understanding of the principles, or you could be a salesperson who is currently selling into digital agencies/the creative market and you have a desire for change.

We know that with the right attitude, commitment and our training, you will succeed.

The package will be a basic salary between £15,000 – £20,000 depending on experience, open ended, no-threshold commission, incentives, a company bonus scheme and an enjoyable, fun working environment.
